General terms and conditions of the authorization-gm:

1. Permission-gm enables commercial customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as commercial customers) as well as consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code as end consumers (hereinafter referred to as end users) to use products or services from authorization-gm.
3. Ms. Elke Fükking (insurance specialist BWV) is a tied insurance broker within the meaning of § 34d GewO and has a corresponding license. Ms. Elke Fükking mediates insurance contracts / also for short-term license plates. Corresponding insurance can be taken out on site or online, through the agency of admissions-gm.In relation to the contractual relationship of commercial customers or end users and insurance companies, admissions-gm does not have any main or ancillary service obligations. admissions-gm is not a party to an insurance contract.
4. authorization-gm provides all services to the customer itselfand / or by third parties. The selection of such third parties, especially the selectionof the driver, admission-gm meets at its own discretion.

18. If the provision of a service through authorization - gm is the subject of the contract, before the service is provided through authorization-gm, the risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of those documents, documents or objects that the customer has to provide the service through authorization-gm has to hand over or send to admissions-gm only with the handover / receipt of these documents, documents or objects to / at zulasung-gm on admission-gm. 19thIn the case of slight negligence, admissions-gm is only liable in the event of substantial breachesObligations and limited to the foreseeable damage when the contract was concluded. This restriction does not apply to injury to life, limb and health. Permission-gm is not liable for other damage caused by a defect caused by slight negligence.
20thRegarding the goods to be delivered, if applicable, remains independent of oneNegligence of admissions-gm - a possible liability in the case of fraudulent concealment of a defect or from the assumption of a guarantee or assurance unaffected. If the customer purchases goods with a manufacturer's guarantee, the manufacturer is solely responsible for this guarantee; Acquisition through zulassung-gm does not represent an assumption of the manufacturer's guarantee by approval-gm.
21. With regard to the commissioned services (or the corresponding portion of the service), admissions-gm only owes the proper effort; the occurrence of a certain service success (issue of a certain approval, approval, etc.) is not owed for commissioned services. The same applies to brokered insurance.
22. admissions-gm is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
23For all current and future claims from the business relationshipin the case of entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of admissions-gm; The same applies to consumers if the customer did not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, moved his domicile or usual place of residence outside of Germany after the conclusion of the contract, or if his place of residence or usual place of residence was not known at the time the action was brought.
24.Advertisements and declarations to approval-gm are in writingto submit if the customer is a consumer; If the customer is an entrepreneur, these declarations and notifications must be submitted by registered mail. Other individual agreements remain unaffected by this regulation.
25. The customer (client) agrees that his contact details (name, address, mobile number, email address, date of birth) may be saved for the purpose of product advertising and used to contact you. By post, by phone, by email and WhatsApp. This consent applies to the vehicle registration service and the insurance agency Elke Fükking, Gummersbach. This consent can be revoked at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the email: zulassung-gm@gmx.de or to the email: elke.fuekking@ergo.de, or by post to Dieringhauser Str. 2, 51645 Gummersbach. After receipt of the revocation, we will no longer use or process the relevant data or delete them immediately.
26thShould any of the preceding clauses or parts of these clauses be ineffectiveor be or become impracticable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective or unenforceable part is to be replaced by an effective and enforceable provision that is appropriate to the interests of both parties and comes closest to the economic purpose pursued by the agreement between the parties. The same applies to any loopholes.
